10:55am : I'm not sure there is a measuring device outside ourselves. My humble advice would be to recognize fear, hate and anger as low level vibrations and then peace, wellness and compassion as higher vibrations and use your senses and intuition. I believe it requires heightened awareness. Not everyone vibrates on the same frequency, as we know. If you asking about yourself, I would tune in and simply pay attention to your state of being. The idea is as we come up, we bring others with us so we arrive as a collective.

2:54am : I'm not the world's authority but my understanding is of course, there are people on similar levels but the collective moves as a whole. There will be people who never stray from or advance past their current level but most advance equal to the amount iof attention they give their soul development. Families will go, and this is what they are hoping for. If people choose to go, then they will never be seen again, because they will be killed, and processed once they enter those ships. NO one is coming to save you!
