The Internal Revenue Service, A Private Corporation

Quotes (16)

Although listed as part of the Treasury Department, the IRS is actually a private collection agency for the Federal Reserve System. It originated as the Black Hand in mediaeval Italy, collectors of debt by force and extortion for the ruling Italian mob families. All personal income taxes collected by the IRS are required by law to be deposited in the nearest Federal Reserve Bank, under Sec. 15 of the Federal Reserve Act, "The moneys held in the general fund of the Treasury may be ....deposited in Federal reserve banks, which banks, when required by the Secretary of the Treasury, shall act as fiscal agents of the United States."

Eustace Mullins / <cite>Secrets of the Federal Reserve</cite>

If the Code clearly made people liable to file income tax returns, would the IRS go around bothering people and creating needless work for itself by asking people to "explain" to them why they are "not required to file" income tax returns? Why didn't the IRS send me a "notice" asking me to "explain" to them why I am "not required to file" wagering tax returns, tobacco tax returns or any of the other returns that I might "not be required to file?" How transparent does this hoax have to be?

To successfully perpetrate a scam of this magnitude, hundreds of Code sections had to be written and pieced together in such a way that, while no section technically misstated the law or violated the Constitution, the sections, individually and collectively, had to be written to allow the Government to do just that. Those responsible knew exactly what they were doing. They were creating the greatest deception the world has ever seen.

It has been widely publicized that many American corporations pay no income tax at all. I believe that General Dynamics, a corporation that generates approximately $7 billion in annual income, was (and perhaps still is) one of those. Well those American corporations that pay no income taxes certainly have an income - or else they would have to close their doors. So, why don't they pay a tax on that income - if we have an "income" tax? They don't pay any income taxes because they don't show a profit! If they show a profit they pay a tax on that profit - which is proof that we have is a profits tax - not an income tax. Yet individuals, unlike corporations, are conned into paying a tax on their income - regardless of whether or not they have a profit!

I never withheld income taxes including Social Security taxes (which, despite its name, is just another income tax.), nor did I ever provide W-9's to those to whom I paid commissions, nor did I ever report such payments to the government. The government knew it and never did anything about it. Collection taxes is the government's business, not mine.

1. How I could file a federal income tax return without waiving any of my constitutional rights.
2. Whether the government could compel me to pay a tax levied in violation of the three taxing clauses of the Constitution.
3. That if the tax were not being levied in violation of those clauses, then to please identify for me the specific constitutional clause or clauses that governed its imposition.

Irwin Schiff / <cite>The Federal Mafia</cite>

So all federal taxes can only be lawfully levied on either one basis or the other. If they represent a direct tax, they must be apportioned. If they represent an indirect tax, they must be geographically uniform. Since the income tax is levied neither as an apportioned, direct tax nor as a "duty, impost, or excise," it falls into none of the taxing clauses of the Constitution and because of this it can not be levied as a mandatory tax!

High taxes, unrealistic rules for safety devices in the work place, so-called fair-employment practices, and mandatory health insurance are rapidly destroying what is left of America's private industry. [...] Federal taxes, including Social-Security, now take more than 40% of our private incomes. State, county, and local taxes are on top of that. Inflation feeds on what is left. We spend half of each year working for the government.

G. Edward Griffin / <cite>The Creature From Jekyll Island</cite>

The bad news is that the government obtains every cent of the money it pays to us by confiscating it from us in the first place. [...] The government takes $1,000 from us in taxes and inflation and gives us back $350. The so-called "benefit" to the public is but a giant scam.

G. Edward Griffin / <cite>The Creature From Jekyll Island</cite>

Every agency of the federal government has now been enlisted in the campaign to destroy American industry and production. The principal weapon is the Internal Revenue Service, which seeks out and destroys anyone who is engaged in the productive use of capital. The IRS moves in and confiscates all assets, so the business can never again go into production. This is a deliberate policy; those groups which are cooperating in the campaign to destroy the United States are automatically granted "Tax Exemption' by the IRS, whether through reducing our production capacity, encouraging homosexuality to reduce reproduction, or to defend the United States against its internal or external enemies who are headquartered in Washington. The special fury of the IRS is unleashed against any American who is considered a "patriot" or even a "conservative." Churches and schools which teach Christianity are padlocked by federal agents and their proprietors thrown into prison. Those churches which preach the doctrine of the Masonic Canaanites are immune from such onslaughts. These "patriotic" churches and schools represent a serious threat to the "final solution" which the Canaanites have planned for the people of Shem.

Eustace Mullins / <cite>The Curse of Canaan</cite>

The Internal Revenue Service is the outstanding humanistic agency in the United States; its goal is to redistribute the wealth of the citizens to "more deserving" recipients; quite often, these recipients are resident in foreign lands, and they would like nothing better than to see the United States destroyed.

So when you accept a social security card or other federal I.D., what you have done is you've made yourself a franchise. You are then a member of the federal corporation, living in a separate state, and are legally a franchisee of the federal system in Washington. DC. That's why when you pay taxes for the state of California you pay the Franchise Tax Board. When you get your bill at the end of the year for your federal taxes, write out a check and send the check to "The U.S. Dept. of the Treasury." And they will send it back to you with a form letter, telling you that you do not owe the Treasury of the United States anything. You owe this money to The Federal Reserve Corporation. It is a private corporation. Your federal taxes do not go to pay government in this country, they go to the corporation just mentioned. The federal tax system came into existence in 1934-35. America became the most powerful monetary nation on Earth from 1776 to 1935 without a federal income tax, without a state income tax, without any income tax.

The business of banking was set up in the year 1099. An income tax form is a 1099. Who decided on that? Think about it.

The Internal Revenue Service which collects taxation in America is also a private company, though the public believe it is part of their government. In 1863 the Bureau of Internal Revenue was formed to collect taxation, but in 1933, that year again, came the start of another coup on the American people. Three members of the Prescott Bush circle, Helen and Clifton Barton and Hector Echeverria, formed the Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service, registered in Delaware, America’s flag of convenience state, where few questions are asked. Prescott Bush was the father of George Bush.

In 1936, this organization changed its name to the Internal Revenue Service and ran as a private company. In 1953, the original Bureau of Internal Revenue was disbanded, leaving the private Internal Revenue Service to collect all the taxes, illegal taxes most of them, too. This is controlled by the same people who own the Federal Reserve and the Virginia Company and it is bleeding America dry. The Internal Revenue Service was, appropriately, created by American Nazis who were funding Adolph Hitler under the coordination of Prescott Bush, George’s father.

To complete the cycle, however, they needed to ensure an endless supply of funds for the government and so they introduced a Federal Income Tax Bill, also in 1913. To do this they needed an amendment, the 16th, to the American Constitution, and that required the consent of at least 36 states. Only two states agreed, but Filander Knox, the Secretary of State, simply announced that the required majority had been achieved and the bill was introduced. To this day the enforced payment of federal income tax is illegal and yet the Brotherhood’s Internal Revenue Service goes on doing that in the United States every day.

David Icke / <cite>The Biggest Secret</cite>

When Americans agree to have a social security number the citizens of the united states surrender their sovereignty and agree to become franchisees of the United States (the Virginia Company of the British Crown). So why do they do it? Because they have no idea that this is what they are doing. They are led to believe that there is only one United States and the Federal government is the rightful government. There is no law that says that Americans must pay federal income tax, but they go on paying because they think they have to. The Brotherhood-controlled Internal Revenue Service operates in such a terrorist manner that even most of those who know it’s a scam still pay up because they are terrified not to.
