Unthinkable: An Airline Captain's Story 'Based on Actual Events' - Full Film.....
Phillips had Previously Been
Involved as a Pilot of Small Planes
in the Iran-Contra Affair, Reporting
to Oliver North and Flying with Barry Seal. Based on Actual Events - Full Film: This feature film explores the 2013 "murder-suicide" of 9/11 author, Marshall Philips and his two children, days after Philips announced to two friends that his next book would include sensational new evidence of those behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
There are many reasons, from the crime scene, in the handling of the crime scene (as you will see in this re-enactment of it, in the film) and in Phillips' own background, which might suggest that these murders were not as they were reported on the national news but were, instead, a CIA hit against one of their former employees, with his children and dog being collateral damage - to make it look like a classic murder-suicide.
Phillips' reputation was savaged in the media. He was ruled "psychotic" and the case, a "murder-suicide, case closed."
His friends beg to differ and that is why this film was made, to argue what they think actually happened, after several 911 calls went ignored for 18 hours, intruders with flashlights were observed in his house the night after the murders (before police arrived) and then, the County quickly called a professional clean-up crew and paid them to sweep the scene of the crime of all evidence, without any investigation being made.
It was due to his Phillips' personal experiences as both a commercial pilot, as well as working as a CIA contract pilot, in covert operations, that drove him to set the record straight about 9/11.
Phillips had previously published two books, disputing the official 9/11 Commission Report: 'False Flag 911: How Bush, Cheney and the Saudis Created the Post-911 World (2008)' and 'The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror' (2012).
Phillips had been a commercial pilot with over 15,000 miles of flying hours on "heavy planes" but in his writings, he confessed that he had previously been involved as a pilot of small planes in the Iran-Contra affair, working with Oliver North and flying with Barry Seal, the infamous American pilot and drug smuggler, more well-known for his role in making covert flights for the CIA and Colombia's Medellin Cartel.
The highly-complex Iran-Contra affair was revealed in November 1986, during the Reagan Administration, when it became known that the US was secretly selling arms to Iran, in hopes that this would secure the release of several American hostages being held in Lebanon.
During Phillips' time flying Iran-Contra missions, his boss, Oliver North was a National Security Council staff member for the Reagan Administration. It was North who formulated the second part of the Iran-Contra plan, which was to divert proceeds from the arms sales to Iran, to support the Contra rebel groups in Nicaragua.
The Contras were a militia designed to overthrow the Sandinista Party in that country, which had successfully overthrown the puppet dictator, Anastacio Somoza and his dynasty, which had ruled that country through terror since 1936. (The Sandinista party took their name from Augusto Cesar Sandino, who led the Nicaraguan resistance against the United States occupation of Nicaragua in the 1930s). They remain in power to this day.
In 1984, the Sandinista government filed a suit in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against the United States (Nicaragua v. United States), which resulted in a 1986 judgment against the United States. The ICJ held that the US had violated international law by supporting the contras in their rebellion against the Nicaraguan government and by mining Nicaragua's harbors. While the attempted US coup via the Contras was not successful, the US trade sanctions imposed on that country reduced it to the poorest in the Western Hemisphere, after Haiti. Due to it's dramatic tropical topography and fascinating cultural diversity, with a populations of peoples from all ends of the Earth, Nicaragua is slowly coming back, as a tourist destination.
The attempted covert regime-change in Nicaragua was one of a long line of several conducted by the CIA, some successful and some not, including the 1) 1949 Syrian coup d'etat; 2) 1953 Iranian coup d'etat; 3) 1954 Guatemalan coup d'etat; 4) 1959 Tibetan uprising; 5) 1961 Cuba, Bay of Pigs Invasion; 6) 1963 South Vietnamese coup; 7) 1964 Brazilian coup d'etat; 8) 1973 Chilean coup d'etat; 9) 1976 Argentine coup d'etat; 10) 1979–89 Afghanistan (aka Operation Cyclone); 11) 1980 Turkish coup d'etat; 12) 1981–87 Nicaragua coup attempt with the Contras; 13) 2001 Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan War); 14) 2002 Venezuelan coup d'etat attempt (ongoing); 15) 2003 Operation Iraqi Freedom (War in Iraq); 16) the 2011–present Syrian uprising and the most recent, 15) 2014 overthrow of the legally-elected, albeit corrupt Ukraine government and its replacement with a Neo-Nazi regime. This US-installed regime currently has very tenuous power, as the most strategic and more industrialized regions of Ukraine, in the east and in the Crimean Peninsula also happen to have more heavily-Russian ethnic populations, who would prefer to revert to Russia, rather to be ruled by Neo-Nazi puppets of the West (Ukraine was previously part of the Soviet Union).People
