NOT SO ALIEN AFTER ALL

In this colorful ball is a Photomicrograph shows the Ruby-Red Tailed Wasp called a, Chrysis Ingita, and the abdomen coloring -Ruby Red Bronze gives this wasp it' name. The underside is also concave, and this allows the wasp to roll itself up into a ball for protection if it should feel threathened. Ruby Tailed Wasps are " Parasitoids," meaning they will lay their eggs in the same nest as the Mason Bees, so when the Ruby Tailed Wasp lavae hatches, they will then feed on the Mason Bees lavae. Ruby Tailed Wasp do have a sting, but it is not functional, and most species have no venom. Notice the alien shaped eye of this wasp? ( on the left side of the wasp) and the Brilliant colors though out it's wings. There are very many different types of Parasites on planet Earth, and this is common though out this galaxy.
