CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE VERSUS JEWISH THEOLOGY

CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE VERSUS JEWISH THEOLOGY
A lot of questions are going to be answered here and now. The Christian doctrine has it that Yeshua (Jesus) will come from the sky to settle on earth to rule humanity. This could be seen from the phrase ‘coming from the clouds’ in Act 1:11 and in Revelation 1:7.

These two quotes in the New Testament have been a very formidable belief for most Christians. What both books seems to be saying were a metaphoric description of things. Yeshua (Jesus) went into the clouds very high. When he comes back on earth, he is going to be seen ‘very high’ as he went. Why also would Jesus have a new name (Rev 3) when he comes back to earth? If he comes from the sky it would be very obvious this is Jesus and so every one would call him as such. This and many others make many things about him confusing.

A lot of believers in Jesus make a very hasty generalization without searching the Scriptures painstakingly to ascertain all truth. Conclusively, the Old Testament and not the New Testament has already detailed all the first and second coming of Truth. The New Testament in total is a compilation of the first coming of Truth coupled with witnesses to this coming and the establishment of the Church (believers in Yeshua) awaiting the Second coming of Final Judgment and final establishment of unequivocal Truth on Planet Earth. It is therefore utterly confusing when most people in the Church today (AD 2009) perceive the Old Testament as dead for all prophecies in them is fulfilled and therefore done away with.

The Jew had always been right although had remained an unbeliever in Yeshua. The Christian had always been wrong but a believer in Yeshua. Paradoxically, the Christian’s belief makes him right whereas the unbelieving on the part of the Jew had always made him wrong. The difference is that whiles the Jew is right and true when he looks from the physical viewpoint, making demands that Yeshua is not the Messiah because the wolf is not dwelling with the lamb as the Prophecy have it, the Christian is seeing from the spiritual standpoint where anyone wearing that spectacle sees everything had been done and finalized and thus to the Christian, Yeshua Hamashiach is the Messiah, for the spirit overrides the physical realms. The truth is that the second coming of Yeshua (Jesus) is just a formality. He has indeed done everything needed to save man to live for eternity.

Unfortunately , when the Spirit of Truth ( Isaiah 11, John 16:7-14) arrives on Earth the Second time he is going to have it hard-hitting even with so called believers and seekers of Truth. This is because a lot of so called believers have been indoctrinated to be looking in the skies for his appearance. These are once again people who look and make judgments in the physical realms and thereby default in judgment. He is therefore going to strike the Earth with the rod of his mouth as in Isaiah 11:4 and Rev.19:15. Remember he is coming like a thief. For all you know he is amongst you (this time a man who errs) and is writing these words to let you have understanding but ssssshhhhhhhhhhhh.

The Jew wearing this “Jesus Not Messiah” spectacle ponders and wonders when in a World swallowed up with disasters, famines, corrupt practices and wars, hears the Christian yelling and calling Yeshua or Jesus the “Prince of Peace” when in actual sense of the situation, the Christian truly sees no peace. Whereas the Jew sees this as double standards and utterly pretense, the Christian calls and sees it as Faith. This has always been the fuss between the Jew and the Christian for all these while when they both read the Holy Scriptures. Nevertheless, this fuss is arbitrated by the Prophet in Isaiah 11 who after a successful ruckus settlement is conferred the accolade “The Prince of Peace”.

Of the two people the Jew is standing steadfastly whereas the Christian is a bit confused and wavy. Whereas the Jew believes in a Peaceful kingdom on planet Earth where the wolf will dwell with the Lamb, most Christians having rejected the Old Testament by not reading them as regular as they read the New Testament but concentrating chiefly on the letters to the Churches in the New Testament are confused, though saved. Most Christian’s confusion arises out of the concept of Heaven coupled with the not too distant teachings and doctrine of many people flying in the sky to spend eternity elsewhere because this world is very hot.

It should be noted that Yeshua on earth 2000 years ago was 3000 years ahead of men at his generation and even now a 1000 years ahead of the topmost 21st century scientist. As far back as 2000 years ago, Jesus knew Binary Codes that was why he told his disciples - there are many things to tell you but you cannot bear them for now (John 16:12).

Yeshua needed many technical and scientific teaching aids to explain the Holy Scriptures to his people but their level of knowledge was not susceptible to understanding the hidden mysteries of the kingdom of God then. One very important teaching aid was the disclosures in the Book of Revelation. But then at the time Yeshua was on Earth, although he had the whole setup on his mind and on his finger tips, it would have been very difficult to teach his followers all these from memory. Nevertheless, after he was gone the Father having revealed the future to him, the Son also revealed it to his followers through Apostle John as he wrote the Book of Revelation as physical evidence. This Book has been for perusal, read and studied by all Humanity for close to 2000 years.

This unwilling pre-disposition on the part of Yeshua to show the Jews certain things to have established peace has incurred the wrath of most Jewish people for generations. But then the peace that Yeshua Hamashiach wanted was not peace to a small geographical area as the Middle East but perfect peace to the whole inhabitable Earth and beyond.

There is this scripture quote in Matthew 12:18-21 where St Matthew quoted Isaiah 42:1-4 saying it has been fulfilled in the time of Jesus. This quote has always been the bone of contention between Jews and Christians from that time till now. This is what St Matthew wrote:

Here is my servant, whom I have chosen, the one I love and with whom I am well pleased. I will send my spirit upon him and he will announce my Judgment to the nations. He will not argue or shout, or make loud speeches in the streets. He will not break off a bent reed, or put out a flickering lamp. He will persist until he causes justice to triumph and in him all people will put their hope. Let us end it here and also consider the Jewish Theology.
Quoting from Isaiah 42:1-4

The Lord says, “Here is my servant, whom I strengthen, the one I have chosen, with whom I am pleased. I have filled him with my spirit and he will bring justice to every nation. He will not shout or raise his voice or make loud speeches in the streets. He will not break off a bent reed or put out a flickering lamp. He will bring lasting justice to all. He will not lose hope or courage; he will establish justice on the earth. Distant lands eagerly wait for his teachings.

Other manuscripts have the teachings as Law. In his Law the coastlands will put their hope. You see all scripture is divinely inspired. St Matthew quote of Isaiah 42 should be looked at it this way. Although Jesus was filled with the spirit of the Lord and never wanted to be known even as he performs miracles he never wielded any instrument for judgment or for justice.
Isaiah 42 was specifically talking about Isaiah 11 who will have the weapon to bring judgment and justice on earth. Now that Isaiah 11 is in town the differences will be settled. Ironically he had to quote that chapter so that in years to come when the actual Law that brings judgment comes on earth all men would be very quick to notice the difference and this will obviously bring understanding to all. “For all scripture is from God and for teaching and rebuking errors.”
Isaiah 53 begins with who has believed our message? This is the seemingly unclear messages that The Word and The Law would bring unto the world. Jesus talked about the Kingdom of God where righteousness is the level in his days and it seemed very inconceivable to people of his time to the extent of total disbelief. In the 21st century when the real kingdom is going to be established, it seems too hard for the world to believe the doctrine that brings the kingdom into being. Isaiah 53 talked about 2 people with the same level of rejection by family and friends but in them are the secrets of the mysteries of the kingdom of God.

Isaiah 53:10 was about Jesus death, while the continuing verses 11 and 12 talked about the person to bring knowledge to justify many in believing in Jesus as the son of God. Isaiah 53 is likened to a tree with just two branches, one stem and one tap root. If one never saw the first branch, the time has come you should not let the other branch pass you by. It takes the spirit of the Lord for someone to see a branch and believe. Many family members who would not believe Isaiah 53 is describing Yeshua Hamashiach, in haste always conclude Isaiah 53 is talking about Israel. Israel here to them meaning the 12 tribes of Israel. The truth is that Isaiah 53 is talking about 2 different people with the same sense of duty. One of these people surfaced on earth shortly after the prophecy and the other and Last person is yet to register himself on Earth.

Scripture is scripture and every word would be fulfilled without one forcing himself to let it come to pass. In the whole scripture, The Prophet John the Baptist quoted Isaiah 40:3 saying it was him the prophet Isaiah was talking about. Truly he was the one crying in the wilderness. If this writer had had his way he would have preferred to do other things than to come writing and saying he is Isaiah 11. However when the spirit of the Lord comes on you, you have no options than to succumb to instructions and say what has been put into you to deliver.

Jewish Theology had mostly confided itself with the Old Testament. The Jews had always waited for a prophet who will come and fight their enemies or liberate them from enslavement of foreign rule. The Jewish Theology looks at verses they call the Messianic verses like Genesis 49:10, Deuteronomy 18:18, Psalm 2, Psalm 72, Isaiah 2:3-4, Isaiah 7:14, Isaiah 9:6-7, Isaiah 11, Isaiah 32, Isaiah 42, Isaiah 49, Isaiah 53, Isaiah 61, Jeremiah 23:5, Jeremiah 30:9, Jeremiah 30:21-22, Ezekiel 34:24, Ezekiel 37:24, Daniel 2:44, Daniel 7:13, Micah 4:1-5, Micah 5:2-5, Zechariah 6:12 and many other verses relating to the final promise. Base on these Old Testament verses with the exception of Isaiah 7:14 writing about the virgin birth of the first coming of Truth which has come to pass, the rest have not. Now all these tug of war will soon come to pass when Isaiah 11 lands on Earth to give his message out.

Now for those that believe someone would come from the clouds, they will have to wait for a while because the prophet in Isaiah 11 has not arrived on the world scene yet. And from all logical reasoning and what has been boldly embedded in the Holy Scripture, Isaiah 11 will precede coming from the clouds (if there is ever going to be one). As such in the end which is now, Jewish Theology will assimilate The Christian doctrine. For Jewish Theology base their faith and belief in a man born from 2 humans, man and woman who will come and gather them from the 4 corners of the earth. Until that prophet comes the understanding and assumptions are still going to be unclear. However that prophet is in your midst to fulfill his God given assignment to gather the tribes of Jacob all over the world together.

This prophet’s presence explains the Jewish - Blood stance and the Christian - Faith stance. It is worth noting one peculiar thing about the Jewish blood stance as compared to the Christian Faith stance. On the cross at Calvary, as soon as Jesus gave up his spirit, to descend to the place of death, every command or Laws that had been given to the Jewish people and for that matter the Israelites were all nullified by the Holy One of Israel. Every thing including the calendar was nullified. A spanking new beginning with all humanity and not only Jews began. There was a re-configuration of the entire Universal setup of Laws.

The only thing about the Jewish tribe that was not nullified was the bloodline. But as far as the customs, laws, sacrifices on the part of the Jewish identity was concerned, everything was erased. The Holy One of Israel was not interested in those Laws again. So from the time of the Son’s death till today the Holy One of Israel had always based his acceptance of anyone who believes in Him on the believe of His son. This is because it was His son who had been seen by man and not Him. So if you perceive you know Him that well, just believe in His son and He will accept you as His son. The Holy One of Israel likes simplicity. He simplified all those Laws given by Him, broken by the Israelites, amended with animal sacrifices into a more formidable sacrifice, The Ultimate Sacrifice of His Only Begotten Son, who came as Jesus Christ of Nazareth. In effect whosoever believes, be the fellow a Jew, a Gentile would be saved. The coming of Yeshua to earth was to die for all Humanity and subsequently on his second coming call all people from all race, tribe, color and language unto himself and thereby unto his Father - The Holy One of Israel.

The term Salvation has never been explained appropriately and understood fully until Isaiah 11 arrives on the world scene. Salvation means saving from sin and death. Salvation has to come to the fullest when Isaiah 11 who is also Isaiah 49 brings the Pass Key to his brethren. This is what his brethren (all the 12 tribes of Israel) scattered all around the world would use to finally defeat human death. As he brings the Pass Key (Law) to his brethren, non-Israelites would be there too to receive the message. He will not even be able to distinguish between who a Jew is and who a Gentile is. So he will stand at the exact Middle of the Earth and drop the Weapon of Mass Jubilation - The Divine Law. This ultimately brings Salvation (saving from ever tasting death) to the end of the earth. Here again the Holy One of Israel has bundled Faith in Jesus to Action in the Divine Law to solidify Himself in Human affairs.

The lost of Jewish identity has been of prime concern to all Jews. Over the years most Jews have believed if they continue to observe Sabbaths and other Laws provided by the Prophet Moses, they would certainly be able to keep their identity. This is far from right. After Jesus death and resurrection, 3 groups of Israelites emerged. The first were those who accepted and believed in Yeshua who became known as Christians. The second were those who went on with strict adherence to the Laws of Moses. The third and last were those that went on to worship other gods.

In recent past others believe if they have to drop the letter O when writing the name of G-d, they will be able to keep their identity. All these have never pleased the Father but faith and believe in the Son.

Of the 12 tribes, Judah was the last to loose his identity. In the end which is now all the tribes are coming back together in a time called the great and last redemption. The truth has always been very hot to handle when it is told in your face.

There is an inherent desire in every true Israelite to hear the voice of The Holy One of Israel.
