MEDITATION
I have recently just started meditating and as little as i know about the art, I did feel great after about 30 mins. of meditation ! I feel the great urgent need to share this experience with everyone on this site and everyone around me. Please tell me what you think and if you can help me out in any way. As i continue this spiritual journey i hope to meet with many of you in the most deepest sense of meditative understanding. Here is a link that helped me get started. Last nite was my first time meditating and this morning when i woke up i took 30 mins. aside to meditate and i feel great.

Although im still physically sick with a minor cold i cant deny the great healing that takes place inside the body when meditating. It's really addicting !

Was Thoth a Garuda? I remember reading hat he had the head of an ibis. It I'm not sure if that means he was from a seperate race than the Garuda.
