Tanks have to be moved about, often by train so that they are never in the same spot, so it makes it harder for them to be bombed or nuked.
Its about being unpredictable. One of my works colleagues told me once how she was woken up in the middle of the night because they were moving tanks over a bridge near to where she lives.
It happens all the time.
Im NOT saying nothing's up, but I wont crawl into a hole and fear something happening. I would say this-IF somethg is gonna happen, I would guess it would be just after a Country-unifying Olympics games and before people get a chance to congregate "en masse" at football games. That would give We,the People a chance to respond to War Pigs bullshit. This BS is transparent. Hope Im "off" in my concern/s.
At Malls, ballparks, football stadiums(,and fall is around the corner for this soon),and movies ,and other events where people gather in masses, will be possible target sights,and to be very cautious now.Live your life, but be alert more then ever now.
