I am just going out on a limb here, but notice how Alex Collier called out the destruction of NY in '96, and in '01 it was just the towers that fell?

What if 'they' knew it was being called out and 'they' are either going to make a smaller act of terrorism, or nothing at all just because 'they' WERE called out on it, many months in advance.

Just a thought.
