Those ET’s from Andromeda are also described by Alex Collier as having been direct descendents of the Lyrans who experienced some difficulty when first leaving the Lyran system due to predatory extraterrestrial races, but eventually settled in the Andromeda constellation in the star system ‘Zenetae’. Collier describes the nature of the Andromedans as follows:
Everything that they create technologically is used for the advancement of their race. It is for educational purposes only. But, it can be used in defense. No, they do not have a military, per se, they are scientists. What they do is send their children to school anywhere from 150 to 200 years, in our linear time. They teach their students all of the arts and sciences. They are literally masters at everything. Then, at that point, they have the choice in what it is they want to do, and they can change their minds anytime and do something else. So, they are given all the tools. Everything is for education. Nothing is for distraction. They would never conceive of creating television as a distraction. Never. Everything is to help them evolve, and their science and their technology can be used for defensive purposes -- mostly the holographic stuff.
The most significant feature of the Andromedans is that they are instrumental in the Andromeda Council which is a grouping of approximately 140 star systems who deliberate upon Earth. In a 1997 Interview, Collier described the Council’s deliberations as follows
Now, in our galaxy there are many councils. I don't know everything about all those councils, but I do know about the Andromedan council, which is a group of beings from 139 different star systems that come together and discuss what is going on in the galaxy. It is not a political body. What they have been recently discussing is the tyranny in our future, 357 years from now, because that affects everybody. Apparently what they have done, through time travel, is that they have been able to figure out where the significant shift in energy occured that causes the tyranny 357 years in our future. They have traced it back to our solar system, and they have been able to further track it down to Earth, Earths moon and Mars. Those three places. The very first meeting the Andromedan council had was to decide whether or not to directly intervene with what was going on here. According to Moraney, there were only 78 systems that met this first time. Of those 78, just short of half decided that they wanted nothing to do with us at all, regardless of the problems. I think it is really important that you know why they wanted nothing to do with us. We are talking about star systems that are hundreds of millions of light years away from us. Even some who have never met us. They just knew the vibration of the planet reflected those on it. The reasons why they wanted nothing to do with us is that from their perspective, Earth humans don't respect themselves, each other or the planet. What possibly can be the value of Earth humans? Fortunately, the majority of the council gave the opinion that because Earth has been manipulated for over 5,700 years, that we deserved an opportunity to prove ourselves - to at least have a shot at proving the other part of the council wrong.
Another contactee who mentions the Andromedans is ‘Adrian’ who was extensively interviewed by researcher Sean David Morton and found to be credible. Adrian’s testimony was supported by extensive photos, film and witness testimonies. According to ‘Adrian’, the Andromedans play an important role in forming councils that deliberate on Earth’s future thereby independently confirming Collier’s testimony. The Andromedans are one of the main extraterrestrial races most responsible for crop circles. He argues that the crop circles are intended both to inspire humans with the possibility of extraterrestrial communications, and to warn negative extraterrestrials of the consequences of their actions to control and manipulate humanity.
The Andromedans’ chief activity appears to be facilitating decisions of the Galactic community in dealing with difficult problems such as the current Earth situation, innovative strategies for resolving conflict, the education of youth and inspiring humanity with the possibilities of extraterrestrial contact. The global solutions they promote include assisting the growth of psychic/crystal/rainbow children, peace education, exposing elite manipulation, promoting improved global governance, and diplomacy and conflict resolution.

What do they think-we dont respect ourselves? What I dont get is, WHY dont they know the reason SOME people are like that is BECAUSE they have been subjected to negative frequencies for so long that 'WTF else are Earth's people gonna do? That's all they have ever known is that we are REPRESSED, shackled, held back and held down. Earth people are good but they dunno what REAL FREEDOM is.

I agree with the A's. I don't think we are held down. I think we choose to hold ourselves down. We had America basically given to us and we were about as free as we could ever want to be. But through time and ignorance we eventually became apathetic, complacent and we allowed ourselves to become manipulated. We gave America away because we weren't responsible enough to keep it.
I don't think it has much to do with others manipulating us. Of course there are always going to be other forces trying to take what is ours, but it's about us defending ourselves. We need to be wise enough to claim what is rightfully ours. We are not wise enough. And getting rid of negative forces is not possible, we need to outgrow the power these forces have over us. We haven't outgrown them yet.
Yes, Americans these days may not know what freedom is, but 100 years ago they did. Why did we give it away? We had freedom and then we lost it. Why? Nobody made us lose it. We chose to lose it. We had the best damn country the world had ever seen and because we were unable to handle such power we gave it all away. We can't handle success. We are still humans in training. It's us who need to change, not others. Nobody can rule us unless we allow them to rule us.
A lion is always going to be a lion. You don't get mad when a lion tries to eat you. That is their nature. You protect yourselves from the lion. You don't say if lions didn't exist then I would never have any problems. You find ways to avoid taking damage from the lion. We need to do the same thing with the forces at play today. It is their nature to manipulate us. It is our responsibility to defend our freedom.
The A's do help us. They share information and help educate us. That is the proper way to help somebody. You don't help somebody by doing the work for them. You can only help somebody so far, at some point they are going to need to step up to the plate and help themselves.
I Really have to Agree with you on all the fact-statements you made, and why. This is the real truths here. Americans are still babies,as this country is really NOT that old compared to other countries! Other countries have had Centuries of learning, and some still need alot more. President Ike Gave -Sold the American people down the toilet for high tecnologies,and the like ,and WITHOUT Premission of the regular American People. He did this behind our backs,and he NEVER even asked the Congress!! He made that chioce all by himself!! What Nerve! Now we have these Negative Aliens here AS In-vited by the American people!The Aliens think of us people as a WHOLE Group,not divided into countries. So Ike spoke for ALL the people! They Negative aliens also went against the Treaty that they were promissed to up-hold! We did ,,and they did NOT! Now we are in this big mess! We were never supposed to find these truths out! But we did. So now we need to stand together,and work this mess out!
I agree so much. While I am still skeptical on the existence of these aliens, because of a lack of solid evidence, the circumstantial evidence is very convincing for me.
Like you said, there can never be a world without bad people, it is the responsibility of the good people to keep the bad people in check, and we Americans have failed that miserably by voting for people we do not know well enough.
If we just stop voting secret society members and others immoral individuals into office, that will do a great deal to fix our world.

I am looking for solicitors now, and as soon as I get funding, we will start doing a lot of research and spreading awareness of the true, provable causes of disease, war, and other world problems.
I would like to disagree a little though to say that there are reasons for all of these things, and there is a reason why Americans have become complacent...
The evil powers that be have intentionally made society this way. Its that old adage i cannot recall about letting the people have cake and entertainment, and you can do anything you want.
The reason people are allowing these bad things to happen is because they do not know better.
Just like those that attacked Jesus, they knew not what they were doing.
The bad side has just been winning for a while, but they are prophesied to lose this war.
The freedom of information on the internet (like this example) is making that change happen.
