The "Dragon Court" can also be named the "Brotherhood of the Snake." This term denoted the bloodline that had existed from the time of the pre-diluvian civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria. At that time, human DNA was crossed genetically with that of alien visitors from other worlds, those referred to in the scriptures and myths as the Annunaki, the Nephilim, the Sons of God, or the Fallen Angels. The hybrid created from these transgenic experiments may be referred to as "Homo Atlantis" and also as the "Son of the Serpent." This punitive, intolerant, self-important, and renegade dynasty, lionized by modern historians were, as investigator William Bramley rightly advocates, senior priests of the pre-diluvian Dragon Court, or "Brotherhood of the Snake." These lords, and their senior ministers and priests, symbolized their long genealogies by a tree and a serpent. We still use the image of a tree today when charting family histories. The serpent was appropriate because it represented not only the movement of time but the secret tradition preserved by these families through the ages. The network has among its number, via its countless secret societies, the leading judges, policemen, politicians, business people, top civil servants, media owners and editors. The most preferred candidates for programming are fittingly, like Cathy O’Brien, blond-haired and blue-eyed ‘Caucasians’ who are not physically defective in any way. This allows Brotherhood bloodline members to be placed in the positions of power in politics, banking, business, the media and the military, without there being an outcry from the public that the same families are in all the positions of control.
