Compartmentalization - The Lie is different at every level

Richard C Hoagland has been known to say:

The lie is different at every level.

And he's dead on. This is a very important point and I think most people don't think about things in this way. Everyone is looking at information from a different level. One person may be super high up in the government and really know what certain symbols and phrases mean, while another person in that same government may just be a serf and have the faintest clue about what is being said. 2 people working for the same government or system could both be given very different data.

And if you want to get closest to the truth then it would be constructive to get as close to the highest level information as possible. Forget the baby version of the truth and move on to the adult version.

Most people have created such a simple reality for themselves that they never catch onto or grasp the subtle slide of hand that can be pulled on them.

In matters concerning intelligence, whether public or private sector, compartmentalization of information means to limit access to information to persons who directly need to know certain such information in order to perform certain tasks.

The basis for compartmentalization is that if fewer people know the details of a mission or task, the risk or likelihood that such information could be compromised or fall into the hands of the opposition is decreased. Hence, varying levels of clearance within organizations exist. Yet, even if someone has the highest clearance, certain "eyes only" information may still be restricted to certain operators, even of lower rank. In intelligence administration, officials believe it is useful to keep close watch on "sources and methods" information[1] to prevent disclosure of people and their activities, whose lives they may believe to be at risk if such information were publicly disclosed or fall into the hands of the opposition.

Media

Take the media for instance. A lot of people will say that the media is propaganda or lies, which is obviously true to a degree, but I think the bigger thing which most people miss is that the media simply doesn't focus on the higher up truth. It keeps people looking at maybe the "leg" or the "arm" of the truth but it never talks about the "body". It may hit on 50% of the truth but not 100%.

Economic Crisis

All you have to do to see this reality is look at the government takeover of America's financial institutions. The media is constantly covering who to bail out, how much money to give, how to temporarily fix the problem, how to avoid a depression and on and on. All this is fine and obviously has truth to it, but it isn't focusing on the core problem. The real truth is that the Federal Reserve is a complete scam and this has all been engineered by Big Money. There is a reason the laws were changed for excessive lending, why interest rates were so low and all the other engineered aspects. But the media won't ever cover this because this is above their truth threshold. It is too much of the truth and if they were to hit this high too many people would start thinking and they would loose control. They would much rather give you and arm or a leg rather than the entire body.

This is why compartmentalization is able to work so well. Most people think they are doing the right thing when they go off what they've been told. Most people wreak havoc without even knowing that they're part of the problem.
